Regional Response Teams

For commercial & multi-unit residential losses, our technology and processes provide the clarity and communication property managers, owners, and tenants both expect and deserve…without the insurance run-around or scrambling to find multiple trades and vendors.

Within one hour, our assessment team will arrive onsite to provide emergency guidance, coordinate emergency repairs, and relay the situation to your dedicated project manager. Once assigned a PM, they will dispatch additional crew and equipment based on the scope provided by the assessment team.

Companies we’ve worked with

  • If fire, smoke, mold or water damage occurs in your property, take action ASAP if safely able to do so before calling a restoration company. Actions include:

FIRE & SMOKE: Evacuate the property immediately and do not allow anyone to reenter until told safe to do so. Avoid contact with contents and surfaces upon reentry, as fine soot can stain clothing and contain toxic materials. Take photos of the space and make a list of priority items to recover. Discourage tenants from retrieving their own property for their own health and safety.

WATER: Shutting off the water source and attempt to contain water if possible. Elevate furniture & personal property to keep them dry. DO NOT use electronics or attempt to clean up water that may be in contact with electricity.

MOLD: If mold is discovered, lab testing will likely be required. Restrict access to the affected areas to limit exposure and spread of mold spores. Contact a certified Mold Remediator or Mold Assessor to put together a mitigation plan.

  • We offer a unique “One Call, Complete Recovery” turn key approach to restoration. Our original family-owned business started in 1964 and has since grown into a true “one-stop shop” for property owners and facility managers facing fire, smoke, water & mold damage. We now provide all phases of structural mitigation, content restoration, packing & storage, project management, construction estimating & repairs/reconstruction. Every commercial job includes multiple 3D scans and walk-thrus to keep all stakeholders apprised of progress. We’ll work with your insurance company on the claim or provide a simple time and materials invoice for reimbursement. Our goal is to get tenants back and/or your business operating normally again as quickly as possible.

  • Restoration, in the simplest terms, is catch-all phrase to describe all the processes & procedures for returning property to a pre-loss condition. Professional restoration companies follow guidelines established by the IICRC, an independent association that publishes research and best practices to providers and adjusters alike. American Restoration Solutions employs IICRC-certified project managers & technicians to guarantee the quality of your restoration project. We provide all facets of restoration under one roof, from water extraction & dry cleaning to dry outs & rebuilds. One Call, Complete Recovery.

  • Every loss is different. There is no minimum job size for us. We advise commercial clients to call us when “a mop and bucket won’t do”, the scope exceeds the capabilities of your in-house team, or your insurance doesn’t cover certain activities. Always call if there is an unknown substance or toxic substances spilled. Our IICRC-certified PMs will advise what steps are needed to properly restore your property and get you back in business.

  • You’ve probably heard the phrase “Water is life” and nothing could be more true. While it keeps us alive, water also fuels microbial growth (aka mold), mildew, bacteria, and other harmful contaminants. Water can also cause structural rot and pose electrocution hazards. Trust American Restoration Solutions to clean up quickly, completely, and correctly.

  • No! Depending on the size of the loss, it may not make sense to file an insurance claim. Factors like claims history, deductible, coverage & your ability to pay all factor into whether it makes sense to file a claim. We provide competitive pricing and low or no-cost assessments for losses without a claim or denied clams. To simplify commercial losses even more, we provide simple time & materials pricing so you’ll know the estimated cost up front.

  • Regardless of insurance coverage, American Restoration Solutions is here to help. Not all instances of water damage are covered but the damage still needs to be cleaned up. In order for insurance to cover the damage, the cause of loss usually needs to be considered “sudden & accidental”. Your insurance may or may not cover the repairs for the cause of loss, but they will cover the subsequent damage. Long term damage caused by neglect or lack of maintenance is generally not covered, so always call ASAP if planning to file a claim. Flood damage is typically covered by separate insurance or FEMA. If you have questions about your policy & coverage, we suggest speaking with us, your broker, or a pubic adjuster.

  • Typically drying begins as soon as any standing water has been extracted, contents have been moved to an unaffected area or into storage & all demolition debris has been removed. The industry standard drying time is 3-5 days. We monitor equipment & take moisture measurements throughout the process until the area is dry & ready for repairs. If hazardous materials such as mold or asbestos appear to be present or local jurisdictions require approvals first, it may add to the amount of time before work can start. Our goal is always to get your business operating again as quickly as possible.
